Yanory Diaz - Sales Associate Adriana was born in Palmares, Costa Rica, and moved to Jaco 15 years ago. When she moved to Jaco she had the feeling Jaco would become something bigger... and she was right. She began working in Real Estate 8 years ago and has had the privilege of working for Pacific Properties for 5 of those years. She has vast knowledge in the areas of Jaco, Herradura, Tarcoles and Puntarenas, but specialize in the northern area of Herradura.
Adriana Sancho - Sales Associate
Odilie Solano - Sales Associate Odilie was born and raised in Garabito, Jaco. She worked in the hotel/turism industry for 12 years in the area as well as the municipality for 10 years. Her experience at the municipality has given her vast knoledge in the areas of commercial permitting and maritime zones. She has also acquired experience in accounting and auditing. She began working in Real Estate 4 years ago at Pacific Properties.
Douglas Giampapa - Sales & Investment Advisor Doug has witnessed the pace of change in the central pacific region over many years, having visited for the first time over ten years ago. He now resides in Costa Rica and is the Pacific Properties in-house specialist regarding the sale of land for development, development planning and commercial real estate. He is a graduate of Cornell University.
